The japanese site DC.watch had a talk with Leica CEO. He gave away this info about the L-mount alliance:

1) Leica is considering selling Sigma and Panasonic L-mount products in their Leica stores
2) There are yet no plans to extend the partnership yet.
3) Yes, other Lens manufacturers can use the L-mount specifications to make L-mount lenses

The new Nikon Z7 is now in Stock at Amazon US.

There asre also new reviews by Photographyblog, Jared Polin, Ming Thein. The probably biggest talking point on the Z7 is the banding issue reported by Dpreview:

• In principle, dynamic range is comparable to that of the D850: one of the best performances we’ve seen.
• However, striping and banding (caused by the addition of on-sensor PDAF) means the usable dynamic range is reduced.

Have no idea if this is something Nikon can fix via future firmware update…
