This is Sony’s answer to Canon and Nikon: A massive up to $1,000 price cut on all E-mount cameras!

Why bother to launch a new camera model to fight the Nikon Z and Canon EOS-R? Just cut the price! Today Sony US launched these massive rebates:

$1000 off on the Sony A9 at Buydig, BHphotoAdorama, Amazon, BestBuy. FocusCamera.
$400 off on the SonyA7rIII at BuyDig, BHphoto, Amazon, Adorama, FocusCamera.
$400 off on the Sony A7rII at Buydig, BHphoto, Amazon, Adorama and Focuscamera.
$500 off on the Sony A7II at Buydig, BHphoto, Amazon, Adorama and Focuscamera.
$150 off on the Sony 6300 at Buydig, Amazon, BHphoto, Adorama and Focuscamera.
$200 off on the Sony 6000 at Buydig, Amazon, BHphoto, Adorama and Focuscamera.
$150 off on the Sony 5100 at Buydig, Amazon, BHphoto, Adorama and Focuscamera.
$250 off on the A6000 dual kit at Buydig, Amazon, BHphoto, Adorama and Focuscamera.

Suddenly the Nikon Z7 looks terribly expensive compared to the equally good Sony A7rIII.

More Black Friday deals:

Panasonic rebates on those pages at BHphoto, Adorama and Amazon.
Olympus rebates on those pages at GetOlympus, BHphoto and Amazon.
Fuji rebates on Adorama and Bhphoto.

Nikon Z6 finally in Stock. And Sony finally dropping the price of the A9!

The new Nikon Z6 is in Stock for the first time at BHphoto, BestBuy, Amazon, Adorama, Calumet Germany. WexUk. Jessops. CameraPro. What you find in Stock is mostly the kit version. Body only seems to be out of Stock everywhere.

And Sony finally realixed that they have to lower the price on their best cameras: On Sunday they will cut the price of the Sony A9 by $1,000 and the price of the Sony A7rIII by $400. Now that’s a decent price!
