New Kipon adpater supports electronid control of EOS lenses on m43 and NEX!

Kipon just announced a completely new kind of EOS adapter that allows full electronic control on m43 and NEX cameras! Listing specific dates and prices to be determined. But this is great news and right in time to send a message to Canon EF lens owners can use their lenses on those system cameras too!

Ouch, WT…Excuse me, I just wander is it another MIC clone from the Conorus and the clone from Birger. It is a good news to us because the price should be more acceptable than the origin. But I always have a bad feeling that I may be using pirated products indeed. Hoping that they are made in their originally invention.

guess that will get quite a few preorders on the EOS M canceled..

    • dzabba

      is that with AF?

only a complete moron would chancel because of this….

Good for NEX owners but m43 already has great lenses.

I already have great lenses for my Canon though, be nice to stick them on a MFT body.

Just not sure how fast AF will be. Quite like the idea of using my 85mm 1.8 on a 2x crop with image stabilsation. Could be a good combo for concerts and suchlike where AF speed isn’t an issue.

      170mm 1.8 IS Mmmmmmm

Will autofocus be supported on NEX?

  • obican

This won’t support AF, only aperture control and IS will be supported.

It’d be so cool to get AF support though.

are these prototypes? if not ..looks very professionell ;)
