Sony A7000 to be announced at CES and cost $699?

We got word from an anonymous source that Sony will announce the new Sony A7000 at CES in early January. And it will cost $699 body only which is only $50 more than the current A6000 price. But I guess A6000 price will drop $50-100 til January…

The “mini-NX1” is coming in February (NX400)

I got this rumor from a very good Samsung source:

Not sure they’ll succeed in doing this, but at nx team they are doing their best to get the nx400 ready for the cp+ show in February.
Confirmed the same sensor and AF system as nx1. No weather sealing, smaller buffer (but much bigger than older models).

Would certainly be nice if it becomes true!

New set of Fuji X-PRO2 rumors…

It’s a long time we are all waiting to get a proper X-PRO 1 successor. I guess the camera will be finally announced during 2015. Fujirumors is spilling out first rumors about the camera:

– available early/first half of 2015 (NeS)
– tilt screen (AS)
– WiFi (AS)
– Non organic ASP-C X-Trans sensor (ORS)
– Price about 20% to 30% more expensive than the X-T1 (AS)

(TS= trusted source / NeS =New Source / AS = Anonymous Source / AswN = anonymous source with nick-name / SRP = source who was right in the past, but not yet trusted / ORS = other rumor sites)

Sony, Olympus, Samsung announcement coming first two months of 2015!

Photokina is over and I am working to get details about the next announcement period. I can tell you with a 100% certainty that at least those companies will announce new Mirrorless System Cameras in January and February 2015 already and displayed at the CP+ show which starts on Feb 12:

Sony, Olympus and Samsung!

I have no 100% reliable info about Fuji, Canon, Nikon and Panasonic mirrorless announcement during the same time.

Now all I need to know are the specs of those new Sony-Samsung-Olympus cameras…
