These are the first images of the new Pentax Q2 leaked by Digicameinfo. There are no specs yet but I am sure the camera will be announced within the next few days already!

This is really a wild rumor but I got it via some trusted source. He says that he “heard” about a new Nikon camera system that could be launched at Photokina. And the first camera will feature the current Sony 50MP medium format sensor used by all newest generation Hasselblad, Phase one and Pentax MF cameras!

Latest rumors coming via Fujirumors suggest the new X30 will keep the same sensor size as the current X20. Fuji is not going to increase the sensor size like Sony and Panasonic did. But the likely most disappointing news is that the X30 will get rid of the Optical Viewfinder and get a “simple” electronic viewfinder instead.

All that doesn’t really sound exciting to me. The Optical Viewfinder was a big feature that made stand out the X20. Don’t think the Fuji X30 can become a real challenger of the Sony RX series and the future 1 inch Panasonic LX8.
 

Samyang will announce a newly designed APS-C lens for “some” mirrorless system. I heard it’s certainly coming for Micro Four Thirds. But I guess Samyang will launch E and X mount versions too.

I have been told the lens has a high optical quality but still the famous Samyang low pricing :)

A pretty much save rumor is that Fuji will announce the new X100T. Well officially Fuji photographer David Hobby erroneously published some image samples taken with the yet unannounced camera on Flickr (page has now been removed).

But on Reddit you can still find the Exif image proving those images where from the X100T. The camera specs according to Fujirumors are:

24MP X-Trans sensor
faster AF than X100S
tilt screen
new fixed lens
new EVF, better than X100S, but not as much as X-T1
wider phase detection area

The camera will be announced in 4-6 weeks!

These are the full specs of the upcoming new ultracompact, ultrafast and first curved sensor camera! It will feature a 2/3 inch curved sensor and use a damn compact 20mm f/1.2 lens.

The new sensor has the same signal to noise ration of a Canon 5DmarkIII. Quite amazing!

If you think Sony is done with releasing new Full Frame E-mount camera you might be wrong! The Indonesian agency Postel registered the name of a new Sony interchangeable camera having the code “WW024382“. That sort of code was used in the past for the Sony A7 cameras. Sony could release that new model in August. No specs are known yet.

And Olympus is said to release a new firmware update for the E-M1 that adds 4K video recording. Is it really that easy? We will see it soon…
