Nokishita reports the EOS-M5 will go on sale in the following configurations:

EOS M5 body
EOS M5 with EF-M 15-45mm kit
EOS M5 with EF-M 18-150mm kit

Rumored specs:

24MP sensor (80D sensor or some variant)
Built-in electronic viewfinder
New AF system
Classical camera design, more in line with Fuji or Olympus

Zeiss announced three new Milvus lenses for Canon/Nikon cameras. These manual focusing lenses can be used on any mirrorless system camera too. You can learn more about these lenses at Lenspire.

What’s even more important is that Zeiss will also soon announce new Batis and Loxia lenses for the Sony E-mount! Veeeery soon ;)

Leaked! Those are the three new Zeiss Milvus lenses for Nikon/Canon

Zeiss will expand their range of Milvus lenses by adding the 15mm f/2.8, 18mm f/2.8 and the 135mm f/2.0. Those are manual focusing lenses for the Nikon and Canon system that can be easily used on any mirrorless camera with adapter.

New bunch of Sony, Fuji, Panasonic and Olympus rumors…

We have a new bunch of brand new rumors before the big Photokina event:

  1. Sony will announce a new PZ APS-C E-mount zoom lens for the film makers (via SonyAlphaRumors).
  2. Fuji’s new medium format camera will feature exactly the same Hasselblad 50c sensor (no X-Trans fun guys!). Via FujiRumors.
  3. Full Olympus 30mm info via 43rumors.
  4. Olympus will release a firmware update which “redesigns” the menu (short video can be seen on Youtube)
  5. The Panasonic G80 will record 4k 4:2:2 8bit on SD card (via 43rumors)

September 19: Sony (no idea what’s coming)
September 19: Panasonic (G80 and a sort of GH5 prototype)
