Is there a new mirrorless surprise from Nikon?
There was some “chatter” that Nikon could announce soemthing new tomorrow. And well Nikon Europe surely seems to confirm that! Is this “excitement” coming from a new mirrorless system camera???

Tomorrow (Monday Sept.19) we will have plenty of press events at the Photokina show:
12:30 Berlin time Panasonic (G80, FZ2000, LX10, GH5 pre announcement, new lenses)
14:00 Berlin time Canon (nothing new to announce, they will talk about the already announced cameras)
15:00 Berlin time Sony (probably nothing new to announce. If there is something new than maybe the A9?)
16:00 Berlin time Nikon (mirrorless surprise?)
17:00 Berlin time Fuji (New medium format camera)
18:30 Berlin time Olympus (E-PL8, 25mm f/1.2, 12-100mm f/4.0, 30mm macro, E-M1II pre-announcement)
So far only Olympus will live stream the event. As usual you can follow the liveblogging here on Mirrorlessrumors!
Fujirumors spilled out some more info about the new medium format system camera that Fuji will announce tomorrow:
The new Rokinon 35mm f/1.2 lens can be preordered in different mount versions at BHphoto (Click here). It costs $499 and will ship in late September.
Fujirumors reports the new Fuji Medium format camera will cost less than the Hasselblad X1D. In fact the Fuji camera plus a kit lens will cost exactly like the X1D body only.
The new camera will be announced on Monday Sept 19. But it won’t be available til early 2017. This gives Hasselblad quite some advantage as their camera is expected to ship tomorrow already.
Those are the SL lenses that will be announced soon:
SUMMICRON-SL 35mm
APO-SUMMICRON-SL 75mm
APO-SUMMICRON-SL 90mm
SUPER-VARIO-ELMAR-SL 16-35mm

Looks like Hasselblad will ship AFTER the Fuji medium format camera launch (September 19). According to BHphoto (Click here) the X1D-50c is set to ship by End of September only. That’s the third time we have to report a shipment delay :(
