Canon is rumored to have killed the 7D DSLR line….will there be now a mirrorless successor?

CanonWatch long time rumored that the 7D DSLR line will be replaced by a new mirrorless line. And indeed it now looks like Canon killed the 7D DSLR line. I guess in 5 years from now Canon could really stop making DSLR cameras at all!
