The public Chinese agency Miit registered a bunch of new cameras that will be announced for commercialization within the next eight weeks:
Leica M10
Fuji XP120
Fuji FF160004 (it’s a code for a unkown camera name)
Sony WW158299 (another code for a unkown camera name)
Once registered it takes yup to eight months to see them announced. You can start to guess what the Fuji and Sony codes could stand for :)

This is the spec sheet of Canon’s new 120 Megapixel APS-H sensor. it looks liek they will offer thsi sensor to third party companies too (price yet to be determined)

I am pretty sure all future new cameras from all companies will have those kind of new crazy high prices…
Sony will start to “refresh” their A7 line with the new A7 mark III. The camera will start shipping out in March/April according to SonyAlphaRumors. No specs are given yet.
CIPA released the September camera shipment report. A look at the system camera graph shows a small sign of hope: The camera shipment in September was almost equal to those of the year before. And this despite the negative Kumamoto impact.
I know this is really a very very very small good news. But maybe we reached the bottom of the four-year long fall in system camera sales?
