BCNranking 2021: Sony leads in the mirrorless market while Canon sold the most lenses

BCNranking collects about 40% of the sales info from Japanese stores. And in 2021 Sony has lead the mirrorless market with 32% of the share with Canon following with 28%. Here are the detailed results:

The next Sony, OM Digital and Panasonic announcements

In February we will have plenty of new gear announcements. Here is what we will get:

  • Panasonic will have a press event on February 23 at 17:30 Tokyo time (GH6 specs?)
  • Olympus will have a press event on February 24 at 15:00 Tokyo time (New OMD camera)
  • Sony will announce the new 85mm f/1.2 GM at the CP+ show.
