43rumors posted a series of new leaks. An important info comes from reviewers that are testing the GH6 prototype: The autofocus performance has been improved but is still not as good as the competition. Particularly when it comes to sports photography.

• rolling shutter is eliminated
• Not sure if they also eliminated mechanical shutter but there is a chance for it.
• And last but not least a massive improvement in AF. It may called DFD AI. They claim that tracking is 5 times better than in GH5.
• no phase detection AF.

Micro Four Thirds folks will finally get two cameras: The OM-1 and the GH6. Today we got this:

After a long silence we finally will get the first camera from the new OM Digital company. The so called “wow” camera will be announced on February 24th and start shipping out a couple of weeks after. Price should be around $2,000.

this better be good because at $2,000 you can find plenty of decent Full frame cameras too!
