Fujirumors writes:
As we know since the Fujifilm X Summit, Fujifilm introduces the 5th generation cameras with two sensors:
- 26MP X-Trans CMOS 5 HS
- 40MP X-Trans CMOS 5 HR
The first model to come was the “HS” version, hence the Fujifilm X-H2S.
In order to mark this specific model, Fujifilm printed the letter “S” on the front of the camera.
All this considered, there was a wide-spread belief out there that the “HR” model would therefore have an “R” printed in front of the camera.
However, as we can see from the first leaked image of the Fujifilm X-H2, there is nothing at all on the front. Where the X-H2S has the “S”, the X-H2 will have nothing.
But hey, don’t blame me guys!
I already told you that leaked images of the Fujifilm X-H2 will be the most boring ever as it will use exactly the same body of the Fujifilm X-H2S.
On a positive note, having the same body means you’ll be able to use all your X-H2S accessories on the X-H2, including the world famous modular optional cooling fan ;).
This summer Sony is going to announce a new Blogger ZV APS-C camera. It won’t be a high end camera, but “only” a perfect affordable youtuber tool that will nicely go along with the newly announced APS-C lenses. Sony still doesn’t believe in making a A7000 high end APS-C model…pity, Fuji just showed you can do this and make money out of it!
Knowing the new Nikon Z30 APS-C camera is coming soon CameraBeta made this mockup. Basically a Z camera without EVF. Surely most going to happen…or do you like the idea?
OM Digital will definitely announce the enow OM-5 this summer. But this is all we know so far. The web out there is going wild with crazy specs but I seriously doubt the E-M5 will be revolutionary. I expect a specked down version of the OM-1 with same 20MP sensor.
We all love that Tamron 35-150mm f/2.0-2.8 FE lens because it offers a unique aperture range for such a zoom. Well Tamron might announce another one soon. CameraBeta reports that those are next four new Tamron FE lenses:
That 150-400mm sound like a killer with the f/2.8 aperture at the wide end!
CanonRumors reports:
We have been told that Canon is indeed going to release a full-frame RF mount camera with 100+ megapixels some time in the first half of 2023. The announcement could come later in 2022.
If that’s true that Canon will be the first breaking the 100MP barrier in the Full Frame segment. Unless Sony will surprise us when they launch the A7rV in autumn…
