Nikon patented a 35-50mm f/1.2 and 50-70mm f/1.2 lens! I guess they are only doing this for fun, just to show off what could be technically possible but still financially crazy. Below you can find the schematics and exact specs mentioned by the Japanese patent:

Today we also got two Nikon news:

- And after a couple of hours Nikon Japan unveiled the second teaser ahead of the Z9 launch:
Apple, Audi, Sony…everyone is nor reporting about production shortages because of missing chips
This week Apple (Macrumors), Audi (Automobilwoche), Sony (Press here) and a lot of other companies announced their products will have considerable shipments delay because of the shortage in chips.
This means that not only you will have issues finding current cameras in Stock (like the Sony A1 for example) but also that future new cameras like the A7IV, GH6, Z9 and so forth might be hard to get the first months after their announcement.
The situation is expected to improve only by late 2022 :(
