Bobby Tonelli had a chat with Sigma CEO Yamaki. He mentions the following regarding future products:
Foveon Sensor Camera: He confirms that a new Foveon sensor camera is in development and will be released when it is ready.
Anamorphic Lenses: While there are no current plans to produce anamorphic lenses, he expressed a personal interest in exploring them in the future.
This is the first image of the new Meike 85mm f/1.4 II FE lens that is coming at the CP+ show. It looks like the new lens is more elegantly designed, more compact than it’s predecessor. And this time it’s also weather sealed!
The lens will be available as E/Z/L mount options.
