First “LensCamera” rumors from Samsung!

Sony created quite a buzz with their QX Lens Cameras! And obviously other giants from the electronics industry will try to catch up as soon as it gets. And here is a first rumor about a Samsung QX clone :)

We have been told that Samsung is making a first QX alike camera having those specs:
10x zoom starting 24mm (no information about aperture)
20mpx sensor
stabilization
full hd video recording
NFC, wifi connection

But I still don’t know if that “idea” of doing photography with a smartphone will become very popular. Looks more like a niche product for now…

Sony goes Full Frame mirrorless! First lens specs leaked!

And now it’s definitely no more a rumor! The image on top shows you the specs of the soon to be announced Sonnar T FE 35mm f/2.8 Zeiss lens. And as you can read on the text it’s a lens designed for Full Frame E-mount cameras. From what I know this lens will be announced on Tuesday. But there will be one more announcement in two weeks for more FF lenses (at least three of them) and one new NEX-FF camera.

The price of camera the kit lens (a new Sony G FF zoom) is rumored to be around 3300-3500 Euro.

Exciting times ahead!!!

Samsung goes crazy: Android NX camera priced $1,700

That really comes unexpected: Samsung finally set the price of the new Galaxy NX camera. And guess what…it costs like a Full Frame camera from Nikon and Canon…$1,700! Ok, you get the 18-55mm lens too but this doesn’t make it look any better. Soon you will be able to preorder it at BHphoto (Click here). But I don’t think many here will buy it. What the heck did Samsung managers think?
