Samsung NX200 coming on September the 1st (like the Fuji X10/50)
The new Samsung NX200 will be displayed at the IFA event in Berlin (See Redcrow post and Sammyhub). This means that the rumors saying it will be announced on September the first are very likely correct.
It will have a new 20 Megapixel sensor and no built-in EVF.
On the same day also Fuji will announce the new X10/X50. A mirrorless camera will probably be announced at the CES event in January only!

Samsung has nice cameras, and nice (if few) lenses, but so far bad sensors…

9 months ago |The sensors in their mirrorless cameras so far seem to be originated (according to dxomark values) from the Samsung GX20 / Pentax 20D models which are almost 3 years old so the sensor in the NX200 should be their first new one since then. And 3 years are a lot for an electronics giant like Samsung (especially after saying they’re aiming to rule the mirrorless segment) for improvement so I have faith in them.
