4 months ago |Another great review!! Thank you!! The uber handsome man is right-why no hotshoe even for an optical finder? A focusing ring would not hurt either. I initially dismissed this camera (I’m looking to replace my slooooooow g10) as just another 1/1.7 sensor camera-but hey-looks like a real winner!! Can’t imagine if it had a 1 inch sensor like sony rx100…

4 months ago |the problem with the camera store show is that they seem to review everything in the same snowy woodlands or the same mall, and it appears that Calgary has a population of 50. Also, the Canon g15 pics appear to be sharper and better than the mx. Its like digitalrev, whatever the reviewer says is sharper, usually what you see is the opposite.

4 months ago |His only complaints were lack of hotshoe, an EVF option, and a lens ring with manual focus option. Buddy, that’s called the Olympus XZ-2. I just upgraded my photographer’s P&S from a Canon S100 the Oly XZ-2 this weekend, and it is an amazing “everyday carry” camera.

4 months ago |We only have time to do two to three videos a month on still cameras, lenses or camcorders. So we usually choose to focus on the good stuff. That said, when we’re disappointed with a camera, like the EOS M, we’ll say why.

I cannot help myself , but Pentax menu looks so outdated,its like 8-bit computers 25 years ago! Blah. I am surprised nobody noticed.
p.s I think that this camera is bringing noting new to the table and competitors are simple better. Pentax is weird company ( apart some great DSLRs like K-5), even I am like underdogs.
